Evan Lewis is the owner of Ægir Bryggeri (Ægir Brewery) in Flåm, Norway. He is also an educated musician.
Evan talks about his journey from home-brewing his own beer as a teenager, to success in Silicon Valley, to the Dotcom Crash, to coming to Norway where he and his Norwegian wife bought a hotel/restaurant which he then converted to a brewery and pub.
