Lauren White (a.k.a. The Poetic Engineer) is the author of “Sunshine and Whisky” and “Innocently Devious”, a poet and an engineer.
Lauren was diagnosed with high-functioning autism just a few days before our conversation. She told me how it all made sense, in a way, and how autism, ADD, ADHD, PTSD, depression and anxiety can be related. We discussed how Lauren’s autism manifests itself in her daily life and relationships, and I quizzed her on her writing style.
